These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and c766 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the c766 website located at https://c766.org, including all sports betting, casino, crash game and virtual sports services provided through it. The Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of device, location within Bangladesh, or method of access.

By accessing c766 in any capacity — browsing, registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. c766 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the c766 Platform beyond browsing, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. You may register only one account; opening additional accounts is grounds for immediate closure of all accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify c766 immediately via the contact email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• c766 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure or for losses that occur before c766 has been notified of a breach.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review. c766 will attempt to contact you before any action is taken on a dormant account.

Account registration on c766 is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

c766 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfer options available to Bangladeshi players. The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c766 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Deposits are credited to your c766 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment gateway, typically within minutes.
• c766 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity. Depositing solely for the purpose of retaining funds without genuine gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and may trigger a review.
• c766 does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on the c766 account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before a withdrawal can be processed. c766 may request a national ID card, passport or other official identification document.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

c766 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on the Platform unless stated otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first eligible deposit only. Existing account holders and players who have previously claimed a welcome bonus are not eligible.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on c766. Game-specific rules may be published separately within each game interface or game provider documentation:

• All bets are final once confirmed. c766 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the event of a clear technical error originating from the Platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, c766 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes to players. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be cancelled.
• For sports betting markets, c766 follows standard industry settlement rules for cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.

• c766 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size for individual accounts at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected. Stake restrictions imposed for risk management reasons do not constitute grounds for account closure claims.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on c766. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person with the intent to circumvent eligibility restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, interact with games or exploit the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Colluding with other players, match officials or any third party to fix or influence the outcome of any sporting event, casino game or virtual game offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting a software error, miscalculated odds, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity. c766 cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language directed at c766 customer support staff. c766 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse of its support team.

Where c766 has a reasonable suspicion that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may freeze the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all funds in the account at the time of freezing are subject to forfeiture to the extent they relate to the prohibited conduct.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

c766 may suspend or close an account with immediate effect and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the period specified by c766 following a withdrawal request or at any other time when verification is required.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from the player's payment provider. Accounts subject to chargebacks will be suspended pending resolution and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed by c766 for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not involved in any breach will be returned to the originating payment account subject to verification.
